Labour Day Party
Pour the Di Amore amaretto, Malibu rum and Bacardi rum over 5 ice cubes in a hurricane glass. Fill the rest of the glass with orange juice and pineapple juice, to taste, and serve.

Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a double-shot glass, and serve. |
Pour Amaretto first, then Light Cream. Swirl mixture in a cocktail shaker. Enjoy.
*For a chocolate variation, add powdered cocoa mix to concoction. This will give a "crumb" like topping to your drink.
*For more "drink" just add equal amounts of both amaretto and Light Cream. |
Fill a glass almost full with beer. Fill the rest with orange juice (careful not to fill it to the top). Then take the shot of amaretto and drop it into the cup with the beer and orange juice. |
Pour the lager first then add the blackcurrant cordial. Top up with the cider. The colour sholud be very dark approaching the colour of Guiness. Drink several of these and watch the room spin around! N.B. Only the cheapest lager and cider from the students union bar should be used. |
