Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Strike's On recipe

Shake all ingredients (except sparkling apple) and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice. Add sparkling apple juice, a slice of lemon, and serve.

UFO recipe

Pour genever gin into a glass, and fill with bitter lemon. Add ice cubes, and serve.
