La Charentaise recipe
1 oz Ricard® pastis
1 oz orgeat syrup
2 - 3 oz ice cold, full fat milk

Pour the anis liquor first in a chilled glass, on 2 ice cubes. Add the orgeat (almond) syrup, pouring from a height in order to mix better. Then pour the milk, also from a height. Do not stir.

Serve in: Old-Fashioned Glass

Tomate recipe

Pour ricard over ice cubes in an aperitif glass. Add grenadine, fill with water, and stir.
