Christmas Elf's Revenge recipe

Crush the ginger root and add the ginger syrup, apple juice, sambuca and schnapps. Shake well and strain into a pina colada glass, which should be about half full of crushed ice. Add the goldschlager then sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the top. Serve with a slice of apple floating on the top, and a straw.

Clarity Cocktail recipe

Pour both ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.

Creamy Sam recipe

Mix equal parts sambuca and cream soda with ice. Serve in a chilled glass.

Laze on the Deck recipe

Pour the white sambuca into a highball glass. Fill up to the top with coca-cola, and serve.

Licorice Mist recipe

Combine the sambuca, coconut liqueur and cream with one cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, and pour into a parfait glass. Use a black licorice stick, ends cut off, as a straw, and serve.
