Aruba Rum Punch recipe 1 oz Myer's® dark rum 1 oz Mount Gay® Barbados rum 1 oz Bacardi® white rum 1 oz orange juice 1 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix 1 splash grenadine syrup 2 dashes bitters Pour all ingredients over ice in a hurricane glass, and stir well. Mai Tai recipe 1 oz light rum 1/2 oz creme de almond 1/2 oz triple sec sweet and sour mix pineapple juice 1/2 oz Myer's® dark rum Pour light rum, creme de almond and triple sec, in order, into a collins glass. Almost fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice. Add dark rum, a large straw, and serve unstirred. Add dark rum at the top, mix and serve. 10% (20 proof) Serve in: Hurricane Glass | Monte-Sano recipe 1 part Myer's® Legend rum 1 part Mount Gay® Eclipse Barbados rum 1 splash bitters 1 part club soda 1 oz lemon juice 1 pinch sugar Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir in sugar. Pour over crushed ice in a hurricane glass, and serve. Serve in: Hurricane Glass |
Oi-Loa recipe 2 oz Myer's® dark rum 2 oz pineapple juice 1 oz almond syrup 3/4 oz freshly squeezed key lime juice 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur 2 dashes Angostura® bitters 1 1/2 cups ice Add all measured ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake ingredients for at least thirty seconds (watering down this drink a little bit is a good thing). Serve in a pint glass, a collins glass or a hurricane glass. Add a straw and garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime/lemon slice. If almond syrup is not readily available you may use the following substitute: 1/2 oz. of simple syrup and 1/2 oz. of almond liqueur. You can also use Mount Gay or Appleton Estate rum if Myer's is not available. 5% (10 proof) Serve in: Hurricane Glass | Planter's Punch (Americanised)... 1 2/3 oz Myer's® dark rum 1 oz white rum 1/2 oz creme de bananes 1 oz lime juice 1 oz pineapple juice 2 oz mandarin juice 1/2 oz grenadine syrup 1 dash Angostura® bitters 2 oz soda water Shake and strain all ingredients (except soda) into an ice-filled pina colada glass. Pomegranate Bahama Mama recipe 1 oz Myer's® dark rum 1 oz coconut rum 1 oz pomegranate schnapps 1 oz orange juice 1 oz Old Orchard® pomegranate blueberry juice Pour over ice. Would be a good blended drink also. This tastes like fruit punch. Very refreshing, a nice drink for summer time.
