Addington recipe
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
3 - 4 oz club soda

Add vermouths to a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and add a twist of lemon.

In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar. Then add the dubonnet and a tsp. of ice. Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

1 oz sweet vermouth
1 twist lemon peel
1 twist orange peel

Pour over ice into an collins glass. Garnish with lemon and orange twists. You may fill with some club soda.

Measure a collins glass full of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients except blue curacao. Shake well and pour back into glass. Drop blue curacao into the center of the drink and serve without stirring.

Country Club Cooler recipe
2 oz dry vermouth
carbonated water
1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
1 orange spiral
1 twist lemon peel

Pour grenadine and carbonated water into a collins glass and stir. Add ice cubes and dry vermouth. Fill with carbonated water and stir again. Add the twist of lemon peel and the orange spiral so that the end dangles over rim of glass.

Desperation Cocktail recipe

Using a lime juicer, squeeze the juice of two whole limes into a highball glass filled with ice. Add the dry vermouth and top off with ginger ale. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.
