Burgundy wine-based long-drink recipes

Burgundy is a region in eastern France that produces excellent red wines.

Bishop Cocktail recipe
juice of 1/4 lemons
juice of 1/4 oranges
1 tsp powdered sugar
Burgundy wine

Shake juice of lemon, juice of orange, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass. Add two ice cubes, fill with burgundy, and stir well. Decorate with various fruits and serve.

Serve in: Highball Glass

Burgundy Bubbler recipe

Pour both ingredients over ice in a large wine glass. Garnish with slices of lemon, lime and orange, and serve.

Little Eva recipe

Pour the Burgundy wine, triple sec, and lime (or lemon) juice over ice in a white wine glass. Stir, and add the soda. Stir again gently, and serve.
