Rum

Dark rum is aged longer than clear white rum, usually in heavily charred oak barrels. It also possesses a far greater flavor than white rum or even gold rum, likely with a sweeter taste. It is regularly flavored with caramel, spices, molasses, vanilla and other subtle flavorings and most dark rums are distinguishable.
