Wasabi

Wasabi is a condiment traditionally served with raw fish (sushi and sashimi) and noodle (soba) dishes in Japan. It is a very pungent green vegetable made from the root of the herb "Eutrema wasabi". It also has a bright green color, and remains one of the most difficult vegetables in the world to grow.
