Rum

Aged rums are medium-bodied rums which gain both a dark color and richer flavor from the process of aging which is done in wooden oak barrels. Since they are slightly more distinct, aromatic and flavorful than clear rums, they often add unique tastes to cocktails compared to that of their clear counterpart.
