Ypioca is known as the largest producer of Cachaca in Brazil and makes several types, notably;
Rum Toucano - aged for two years in oak casks, dates back to 1846.
Ypioca Crystal - A clear cachaca, aged for 10 months in Brazilian wood barrels called freijo.
Ypioca Ouro (Gold or Dark) - Aged for two to three years in balsamic barrels, spicy flavor.
Ypioca Prata (Silver) - A clear cachaca suffused with aromas of tea leaves and evergreen.
Ypioca Cachaca is typically 39% alcohol by volume (78-proof).
