1 oz cherry vodka

Pour Red bull into a beer mug. Pour the cherry vodka seperately into a shot glass, drop into the beer mug, and chug.

My buddies and I use Cabana Bay Cherry Rum and half a can of Red Bull. The Rum is naturally sweet so it goes down like candy.
