Elderflower is a traditional flavour of Scandinavian summer.

1 oz Bombay Sapphire® gin
1 oz Cinzano® dry vermouth
1/2 oz lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake until very chilled; serve immediately.

Made this w/o the vermouth but still tastes great. I really think using the bombay sapphire brings the best out of this drink.
