Hepler's Peachade recipe

This simple combination, sent in by Jim Hepler, Wenatchee, Washington, results in a complete transformation of lemon to peach flavor. The schnapps converts the lemon flavor into peach, and the lemon masks the alcohol. Jim discovered this recipe four years ago quite by accident when playing with lemonade and peach schnapps. The pouring of the schnapps ovet the lemonade just before consumption is critical and is what sets this aside from the other drinks with lemonade.
