Banana Colada #2 recipe

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 banana
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tsp crushed pineapples
1 1/2 oz pina colada mix
ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender except for the ice and blend. Then add ice until the drink begins to thicken then serve.

Great summer drink

This is a very light and fresh tasting drink. The recipe is a little "light" on the rum but you can easily change that. I used pineapple rum and pears instead of pineapple chunks. I'm sure that other variations of rum/fruit would taste great.
