The Mango Mojito is a popular variation on the Mojito. You'll find this recipe being used in parts of Palm Beach County, Florida and Crested Butte, Colorado.

1 1/2 oz Cruzan® mango rum
3 oz club soda
4 mint leaves
1 lime wedge

Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedge in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Add Cruzan mango rum and club soda as above or adjusted to taste. Add ice cubes, and serve.

There's no simple syrup or sugar in this recipe, which means the mango mojito will not have enough sweetness. Muddle the mint with a little sugar like in a mint julep, or add some simple syrup OR even better, some of the mango flavored syrups that are available in the grocery store in the mixer aisle. You can also add a splash of Sprite.

All this recipe lacks is enough mango rum to satisfy my taste. I add a little extra and, voila, it's perfect! And so low in calories because it does not have all that extra sugar.

These sound great but I had an awesome mango mojito in Aruba at Cuba's cooking and they made it just like a regular mojito;
Bacardi rum
club soda
mint leaves
lime
and
Mango juice
I make them at home the same way and they are out of this world.

My friend and I drink it like WATER...they go down SOOOO easily! I do agree...that you can add more rum then called for because it is a little on the weak side..but so good and easy!

I had to made tons of them on my dad's B-day celebration..... But I added mango puree and some diced mango.

Deliocious. I had it @ a brazilian restaurant "Ceviche". The best mojito I've ever had. But I coulda sword they had added tequila. But I'll definatly try this receipe for Thanksgiving.
