This is the best drink I have ever had in my life!!! I went to a club and had one. I read on here how to make it and my friends are glued on it, we drink them every weekend and get trashed! They are awesome.. use vanilla vodka its awesome...

Not only does it go down without any backlash but it gets you messed up beyond belief, by the way sugarmama and mel mel are right, no lemon needed and vanilla vodka is preferred.

My friend made me drink one at a bar this weekend and they are excellent! The lemon is a fun touch but unneccessary. My favorite shooter is the irish cream and butterscotch mix, but this one is up there on my list of faves!!

It's better if you cover the lemon wedge with sugar. Also try Citron or lemon flavored vodka. If you use "sweet and low" instead of sugar the shot tastes like a tootsie roll.

I work at a restaurant that has a full bar and I first tried this shot at work (while on the clock...hehe), and I was amazed at how much it tasted like chocolate cake! It's awesome. I left work that night barely able to walk up the stairs, and I only had 3 of them! (And a shot of tequila and a Washington Apple, which is also quite tasty)

The trick to this shot is that you cant breathe in between the shot and the lemon, if you dont breath it really does taste like chocolate cake, if you do...then it tastes not so good.

I've had one, 'cept it was in a different order.
-Coat the Lemon with sugar instead of licking the sugar-coated rim and biting a lemon.
-Lemon first, then down the shot.
