When making the Gin and Pear, ensure you place the bottle of gin in the freezer an hour or two beforehand, and make sure the Looza is refrigerated. If this drink (or even straight Looza) is served too warm it can seem really sickly sweet.

Pour the Bombay Sapphire gin into an old-fashioned glass. Add ice cubes, and fill the rest of the glass with Looza pear nectar. Stir with knife or back end of fork, and serve.
