Silver Spider recipe

posted by Conan @ 02:32AM, 6/20/07

The true Silver Spider drink originated in Columbus, Ohio 1975. The occasion was a birthday for a hard-core party animal named Conan who on March 2 turned 21.

The drink consisted of two parts Mad Dog (Mogan David 20/20 and 1 part Evergreen grain alcohol).

People that drank this mixture literally howled at the moon.
Very nice

Just tried this tonight. Very good. The ingredients complement each other well. The creme de menthe was fine for me but may be more subjective for taste. It has a very nice start with a brief "hot" finish. Very nice.
