Mayflower Martini recipe

1 oz French vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Mix briefly over ice in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon or orange twist if desired, and serve.

Don't be afraid of vermouth, the combination of these three ingredients (gin, vermouth, bitters) is what really makes a martini. Excellent recipe.
