A Curious Feeling recipe

Famous bartender Rodney Simmons created this drink in honor of the new millenium. The name came from a remark of one of his satisfied customers upon trying the drink for the first time.

This drink has got to be a regional thing because it is disgusting. Maybe it is meant to cure a mean hangover but you caould leave out the kahlua and brown sugar for sure. Not an easy recipe for a high volume bar or a good sell. To each his own but not for me at all.
