Billy Bishop recipe

The drink gets it's name from a Canadian World War II hero. The gin represents England, the Cointreau represents France, the rye represents Canada, and the OJ represents the US. Typically, the drink is served only once a year in Canada, Veteran's Day, and only to veterans.
