1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
3 oz espresso

Brew espresso fresh. Pour into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes and add other ingredients. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

If you use Bailey's in this formula you would have a CAPPUCCINO MARTINI ... ESPRESSO IS BLACK not white unless you add steamed milk and foam ... steamed milk and foam in an espresso is a cappcuino not an expresso.

7 oz drink ? How do you fix that in a decent martini glasses ? Slice the amounts in two :P

Actually, 2/3 of the recipe. The foam then rises up to just under the rim.
