Pour the Jim Beam bourbon whiskey into a beer mug filled with Budweiser, and serve.
Directions are wrong...

The point of the various "bomb" recipes is to let the drinker drop a shot into the mug, not pour it in before it's served.

I agree the directions are totally wrong, the point of the bomb is to drop the shot into the beer mug not pour it and mix it.

Car Bombs are a great drink- and are commonly also known as an 'Irish Car Bomb'.
However, don't ask for an Irish car bomb in Europe- its like calling a drink a 9/11 there!!!!
Wrong Wrong Wrong

Your so called car bomb is actually called a boiler maker. Ask any old union guy, blue collar worker, policeman, fireman, who hangs out at the local bar/watering hole. You actually drop the shot glass full of Jack Daniels, in a almost full mug of beer. Wait for results and chug a lug....
Wrong wrong! try this

Pour half a guiness beer into a tall glass. Fill a shot with half crown and half baileys irish cream. Drop the shot in the glass and chug!
