Cape Coral recipe

1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
4 1/2 oz cranberry-raspberry juice

Pour vodka over a handful of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add cranberry-raspberry juice, and shake for 5 secs. Pour mixture into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.

I made this drink. I submitted back when I worked for the property management company and had tons free time and internet access. I cant believe it, I searched for it on google and it actually came up. It is bad ass, but 6ozs is not enough for a colins glass, doesnt quite make it to the top. Just serve it on the rocks in whatever glass works for your quantity. You'll love it!
