Cucaracha recipe
Place equal measures of tequila and kahlua in a glass with ice, stir, and serve.

In Guatemala, this drink has contents as above, but it is placed in a 2 ounce glass, lit on fire (as in your recipe 2) and shot through a straw after the top inch is warm. Really great, because you start at bottom with cool drink which warms as you get to top.

Use Bacardi 151 Rum instead of the tequila, add the Kahlua, and light it... drink it up quick... or the straw will melt!
