Italian Apple Martini recipe

This Apple Martini was created in NYC by Robert E. Wilkes, and served with great reception in Las Vegas, Bahamas, Queensland and Miami.

3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno® liqueur
1 1/2 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
3/4 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
1 splash Rose's® lime juice
1 splash cranberry juice

Pour all into iced shaker tin, shake until tin is cold to the touch and strain into martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel, and serve.

Twist on a modern classic

I made this drink up when bartending in NY. I have made it in Vegas, the Caribbean, Buenos Aires, Tokyo, etc and have only ever had ONE person not like it because of the Amaretto. Remember, the guest does not know what they want until you tell them.

Fabulous! I served them at my party and it was such a hit with the girls. Doesn't taste like alcohol but be careful!

If you didnt want vodka could you replace it with Verdi (italian white wine).

I don't have any apple schnapps, but I replaced it with more amaretto and apple juice. It makes for a less strong drink, but it is soooooo good.

May have a good score... but if I'd order an Apple Martini in my hometown I'd get beaten to death...
