Bellini recipe
Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a peach slice.

Great for a leisurely brunch with friends! Buy fresh peaches now and freeze them so you can make Bellinis in the wintertime too!

This is a great drink, inexpensive, pretty and delicious. It's a great way to start off a party and then you can easily go right into wine. I recommend it highly. I've also used peach juice although not as fresh, very good!
