Peach Long Island Iced Tea recipe

1 1/4 oz rum
1 1/4 oz vodka
1 1/4 oz gin
1 1/4 oz tequila
1 1/4 oz peach schnapps
1 1/4 oz sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola®

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Give a couple shakes and pour into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Add a splash of Coke to make it a little dark on the top half (may use more coke for a less stronger drink). Garnish if desired, and serve.

Great For Summer

This is a great summer drink to serve in the South. It is even better though with Absolut Peach. My customers can't get enough.

Pretty good, I'm drinking one right now. The original Long Island Iced Tea is still by far the best "Iced Tea"-styled recipe though. Me loves my triple sec.

Had one of these for the first time last night... man was it good!!! Couldn't taste the alcohol which is probably why I'm hurtin today... that or it was the blue motherfucker I had afterwards... either way it was a good time with a great drink!!
