8 oz Gosling's® Black Seal rum
6 dashes Angostura® bitters
juice of 2 lemons
crushed ice
5 oz pineapple juice
5 oz orange juice
2 oz grenadine syrup

Stir or shake vigorously until a frothing head appears. Strain into sour glasses. Garnish with a slice of orange or a Maraschino Cherry.

Delicious Rum Swizzle

These are so easy to make and absolutely delicious. They are perfect for a party. Serve in a clear picture with sliced oranges and pineapple. They make you feel like you are at the Swizzle Inn in Bermuda.

Back in Bermuda

My husband and I just got back from our second honeymoon in Bermuda and was so upset to come home and away from those delecious rum swizzles!! I got the recipe, and now feel I have that bit of Bermuda home with me any time I want it!

My husband and I just got back from a cruise to Bermuda, where we had the pleasure of engorging ourselves with delicioius Rum Swizzles while snorkeling shipwrecks and coral reefs. We were loathed to leave the island, and the ship. I must say that although I've only been back in the USA for one day total as of now, I miss Bermuda, and those delicious Rum Swizzles. Delicious! This recipe will definitely be added to our library! If you ever have the chance, I HIGHLY recommend you visit the beautiful, and deeply historic island!
