Michelada Cubana recipe
10 oz Caguamas Tecate® beer
8 - 10 dashes Tabasco® sauce
3/4 - 1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz clamato juice
8 - 10 dashes Tabasco® sauce
3/4 - 1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz clamato juice
Pour Tabasco and lime over ice in a beer mug. Slowly add Tecate beer. Once foam has subsided, quickly pour the Clamato. No need to stir if done right.
