Similar to a Margarita on the rocks. This drink is light, refreshing, and tasty. Wonderful for sipping while relaxing out on the patio on those warm breezy days.
This is the real Paloma

When you go to Mexico and order a Paloma, they serve it as this recipe indicates - with Squirt soda, not with club soda. This recipe is accurate. I know, I'm from Mexico.
U sure about that AZ?

An authentic Mexican Paloma would be made with Jarrito's Grapefruit soda, not Squirt.
Yeah, they really do use Squirt

My wife and I speak Spanish and we travel off the tourist-beaten track, and in the various places we've visited that cater mostly to locals: yes, they do make them with Squirt.
One bar in Guadalajara we were at just brought a bottle of Squirt and left it on the table, gave us a little plate of limes, poured the tequila over the ice until you told them it was enough; you did the rest. Simple, cheap, tasty, what's not to like?
