Party Gras recipe

Blaire Kubie and Courtney Collins, both longtime and very well known bartenders in the Florida area, created this drink in a salute to Mardi Gras before venturing to New Orleans in 2006 for the festivities.

1 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1/2 oz melon liqueur
1/2 oz coconut rum
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1 oz pineapple juice
1 splash orange juice

Fill a mixing tin with ice. Pour the rum, melon liqueur, coconut rum, and pineapple juice into tin and shake. Pour contents into a hurricane glass. Top it with a splash of orange juice and float a swirl of grenadine atop that. Garnish with an orange and cherry 'flag', and serve.

This drink is the ultimate party drink! Be careful because it will put even the strongest drinkers on the floor after 2! -Giving a girl 1 of these will make her clothes fall off! Everyone needs to 'MAN UP' for this one!
