Peach on the Beach was created at Grindstone Brewery in Columbia MO (home of the Tigers) on a fine Sunday morning by bartender Jake Maulin.

1 oz Absolut® Apeach vodka
1 oz DeKuyper® Peachtree schnapps
1 oz pineapple juice
3 oz cranberry juice

Fill a highball glass with ice, and add the vodka, schnapps, and pineapple juice. Fill with cranberry juice. Stir and serve.
