A delightful drink for a cold day or the holiday season. Peppermint Suzi tastes remarkably like a Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie. Created by Dave McArthur ... "for his lovely wife Suzi". Bless.

1 oz Tullamore Dew® Irish whiskey
1 1/2 oz creme de menthe
3 - 4 ozprepared espresso
1 oz chocolate syrup
2 ozsteamed milk
1/2 - 1 oz whipped cream

Combine the Tullamore Dew, 1-oz of the creme de menthe and chocolate syrup in an Irish Coffee cup. Prepare a double espresso and steam the milk. Add espresso and steamed milk to the mix in the Irish Coffee mug. Stir well. Top with whipped cream and the last 1/2 oz of creme de menthe, and serve.
