Phoenix recipe

The Phoenix was created by Joe Svendsen in Decorah, Iowa. The drink contains all colors of the mythological bird the phoenix. The "fire" comes from the tequila, and the sweet finish from the grenadine starts the whole process over again. The feather garnish is just a fun way to remind the drinker of the meaning of the drink.
