1 oz Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay pineapple rum
1 oz Tanqueray® Sterling vodka
2 oz pineapple juice

Pour into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for a few seconds; strain into a martini cocktail glass, and serve.

A must try. Use 1.5 oz of rum, and vodka. It goes well w/ the six oz. can... it makes 2 glasses

750ml Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay pineapple rum, 750ml Grey Goose Vodka, one qt of pineapple juice. Serves many. Girls love it ! :-D

Could not get the good Pineapple (Dole) and you can tell it is the cheaper shit. Taste like apple juice but I am fucked up nonetheless. Rock on!

I just got back from visiting family in NJ and had the best Pineapple Martini. THe pineapples were fermented for months! I had to find something close...not too sweet. This is it! Use the good pineapple juice (Dole) and use good vodka...not Smirnoff. It makes a world of difference.
