Peach Daiquiri #2 recipe

1 cup frozen peaches
1 dash vanilla extract
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 cup crushed ice
1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz apricot brandy

Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Serve in chilled cocktail glasses.

I have many daiquiris and none were better than this recipe! I felt like I was at an exclusive resort in the caribbean somewhere.... look no further! This recipe is it.
Tip: Let Daiquiri sit for a few minutes...

I have noticed that after pouring the frozen drink into your glass, that the flavors really come out more after it sits for about 5-10 minutes after coming from the blender. Also, if you don't want such a strong lime juice taste, cut the amount of lime juice in the recipe by half. This is a terrific drink, great for relaxing and watching movies with at home. :)
