Blueberry Tea #2 recipe

1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
1/2 cup blueberry tea

Pour amaretto and grand marnier into a glass. Add hot tea, and serve immediately.

I added a thin slice of fresh lemon to the drink. Very good.

I prepare mine like they used to at Cafe 13 in Cambridge, Ontario:

Rim the glass with lemon and sugar (heat over open flame to carmalize for an even better effect) and top with a heap of real whipped cream. YUM, dessert in a glass!!
