Ooby Dooby recipe
"Trial and error over 3-4 years of field parties. The tradition was continued at MTSU where many of us continued our educations. This mixture gained popularity in college and is now the base for more elaborate punch mixtures. Feel free to get creative and do the same. 2 L Sprite® soda
2 L Hawaiian Punch®
1 gallon Sunny Delight® orange juice
lemons
limes
oranges
1 cucumber
:Note: In the past we have skinned the rind off 3/4 of the cucumber for a "novel" effect which was the original reason it ended up in the punch. However the cucumber really does balace the sweet flavor and makes the Ooby Dooby go down like water.
