Strongbow and Black recipe

This is a popular bar drink in Wales and other places in the UK. Strongbow is a drier, tarter cider, so the addition of the squash/juice does not make it too sweet. The cider is made in Herefordshire, on the border of Wales and England. Blackcurrant squash (a concentrate that is normally mixed with water to make juice) can be found at specialty British food stores (look for the Ribena brand).
