1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz half-and-half
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, creme de cacao, and half-and-half. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

Add some ice cream for a nice treat, also whipped cream on top with the sprinkled nutmeg looks good for presentation.

I'm out of creme de cacao. I used coconut liqueur. My mom claims it's delicious, haha, but for me it's a bit too high proof. I must have messed with measurement. All in all, it _TASTES_ good.

I can only find 1 place that makes a good one. All the bars I've been to ask me "what's in one?" Are you kidding me, your the bartender!

Instead of half and half, blend your favorite vanilla ice cream with the rest of the recipe to taste.

leave out the cream de cacao and use Vandermint Liqueur, it's from Holland. Comes in a white bottle with blue wind mills on it. It's a little hard to find so buy 2 while your at it. I carry a bottle with me when I travel and the bartender uses mine.
