Egg Cream recipe

2 tbsp chocolate syrup
6 oz whole milk
6 oz soda water

Mix syrup and milk in a tall glass. Add soda water, and serve with a straw.

This recipe is just the right balance--sweet, rich and preserves the effervesence of the soda! Pre-stiring the milk and chocolate syrup before adding the soda is the answer. Thanks!
