Jurere 12 recipe

Created by Luke Garcia (myself), from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This drink was supposed to be a regular Blue Lagoon, but there was no more lemonade, so i used coconut water instead, and it turned out to be pretty diferent and tasty.

The coconut water is a VERY popular non-alcoholic drink in Brazil and some other tropical countries, naturally isotonic and lightly sweet. I was appalled to see that there's no more than ONE drink using it on it's recipe here on this website. Now there's two!

1 oz vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 - 3 oz coconut water

Pour all 3 ingredients in a mixer, shake well, and serve it in a glass cup.
The ingredients should be already cold when served, but if that's not the case, add some ice. The coconut water can be natural (straight from the coconut) or bottled.
