Pusser's Painkiller recipe

Pusser's Painkiller was created in the British Virgin Islands. It is served in almost every resturant and on every island in the British Virgin Islands. It is now considered the official dirnk of the BVI's.

4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1 oz orange juice

Comes in numbers 2, 3, and 4 based on amount of rum. Serve on the rocks. Stir and grate fresh nutmeg on the top.
