Tybee Island Cocktail recipe

This fruity cocktail is a creation of mine and my husband's based on a drink we had at a seaside cantina in Tybee Island. It's not the same recipe; we like it better. It's a crowd-pleasing, quick cocktail to whip up right before a party and serve during appetizers, and the juice mixes well with a number of flavors of schnapps, although our favorites are peach and pomegranate.
