Two Seventeen recipe

This drink was invented in a barracks room in Fort Richardson, Alaska. An amateur bartender/prfoessional soldier and $300 of booze resulted in several newly created libations, but the Two Seventeen remained the most popular drink around until the creator left for warmer weather. His secrets left with him until now.
