Drunken Grasshopper recipe
We wanted to make a grasshopper, but didn't have cream... vanilla soy was the alternative and it turned out great! Like drinking a candy bar that'll get you drunk. I suppose it could be substituted with others, but it's the vanilla that makes it great.
