I have tried almost every recipe out there and this is a slight spin off I found in the bartender's black book. I add a tad more pineapple juice and cream so I don't taste so much vodka.

1.5 oz vanilla vodka
1.5 ozKajmir Vanilla cognac
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash heavy cream
grenadine syrup

Fill shaker with ice. Add vanilla vodka, vanilla cognac, amaretto and pineapple juice. Then pour in a "splash" of heavy cream aprox. 2oz. Shake. Pour into shot glasses filling only 2/3 full. Then take grenadine and pour down the center slowly. ENJOY!! Makes several shots.
