1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp lemon juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 tsp superfine sugar

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
